I tried other leak detection Companies and after days of searching, they could not find the swimming pool/spa leak. I phoned Richard from Flowtec, who came out and within 30 minutes found the leak. Flowtec came out to identify why our pool was losing water. They identified a number of small holes in the pool liner which they repaired. Unfortunately after the initial repair there were a further couple of holes that also needed repairing. When we advised Flowtech of this they were very helpful and determined to fix these leaks. They persisted on two further visits to ensure all leaks were fixed without any additional charges to us. Their support and customer service was one of the best examples I have experienced and I would have no hesitation in recommending their services.
